Hunter Neuro Speech Pathology is a NDIS registered, mobile speech pathology service providing interventions in your own home or community. Founded by Kimberley Mastello - a clinician with over 15 years of expertise treating complex neurological communication and swallowing impairments.

Assessment
Years of clinical experience has taught us that thorough assessment is key to developing an individualised intervention plan that actually targets your goals. Our assessments go beyond the surface, exploring the complexities of communication and swallowing function.
Therapy
We offer specialised, tailored, evidence based interventions for people with stroke, traumatic brain injury, progressive neurological diseases or other acquired brain injuries.

Clinical Supervision
Our clinical supervision is tailored to support SLPs in navigating the intricacies of complex cases, offering insights into evidence-based practices, and honing their skills in addressing neurological conditions.

Assessment
$193.99/hour at your home
$220/hour in clinic
Inclusive of comprehensive assessment, summary email and summary letter to your GP or other medical professional as requested by you.

Chronic Disease Management
Referral Pathway:
Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan referral form - must be completed by a GP.
Number of appointments per client is
5 per calendar year for Allied Health Services, including speech pathology.
Rebate Amount
$56.00 per session

Therapy
$95 for 30 minutes
$140 for 45 minutes
$193.99 for 60 minutes
Includes pre-session preparation of resources, individual home therapy resources, and follow-up summary. Travel fees may apply


Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who have had a health assessment.
Referral Pathway
If you are an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander client seeking this rebate a referral form for follow-up allied health services must be completed by a GP in accordance with Medicare health guidelines.
Number of Services per client =
5 per calendar year in addition to 5 per calendar year under the CDM.

Clinical Supervision
$250/hour one on one
$300/hour up to 3 clinicians
$350/hour for inservice/education to more than 3 clinicians

Comprehensive Reports
$193.99 per hour or part there of capped at $300
